Disney's Old Key West Resort

Caribbean Key West villas in pastel pinks and yellows, palm-lined paths, and oversized rooms. The original DVC resort retains a relaxed, residential feel — closer to a peaceful holiday community than a bustling Disney resort.

About this resort

Old Key West opened in 1991 as the very first DVC resort. It offers some of the largest villa floorplans on Walt Disney World property, a peaceful Caribbean atmosphere, and a boat connection to Disney Springs. Two contract end dates exist: standard (extended) contracts expire January 31, 2057, while a smaller pool of original 1991 contracts expire in 2042 — a meaningful detail to confirm before buying resale.
